An interesting day for students representing 15 high schools from
Kansas and Missouri as they learned about the dorm living, small
classes, easy accessibility to professors and campus activities.

This event was the first opportunity for the 20/20 Leadership Program to join
urban, suburban and rural students together.  At the end of the day,
Jefferson High students from Conception, Missouri provided a tour of
their school.  Urban and suburban students had a difficult time
imagining how it would feel to attend a school with only 100 students
(K-12) when their schools have as many as 1,000 students in high
school.  Seeing farmers harvesting crops, smelling fresh and not so
fresh air opened their world of learning.
