• Students have the opportunity to make a major impact within your school
• Students learn “how to” work together as a team dealing with a number of issues that are sure to arise, such as, what do you do if a team member isn’t doing what they are suppose to do? 
• Students listen to students.  Planning, implementing and completing projects will bring about a sense of accomplishment and one is able to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. 

Written Project Plan to one page long and include:

    a) Project idea
    b) Team member names and their project responsibility
    c) Timeline for completion of duties and project
    d) Expected outcomes
